Do you offer gift cards?
We don't have gift cards on the site available yet, but we will.
What are the payment options?
Our payment are through Stripe and takes all major credit cards.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns, but we will do our best to do what we can to make the situation right.
How do the custom orders work?
We will talk about how you want your design and on what item. Once everything has been agreed on for the design there will be one item made and then checked by you. If everything is good then we will finish the order and payment will be due at time of shipping. The time for custom orders is up to 2 weeks and if you need it faster let us know there's a chance we can make it faster. Farm Family Friends owns the rights to the designs and are able to use to design to make products for other customers. Exception to this is if the customization is for a copyrighted design.
If a product is damaged during shipping?
If your item is damaged during shipping we will work with you and USPS to file a claim, and then get you a replacement product.
